These Terms govern use of easytabs.studio.

Your content and sharing

You must have the necessary rights to upload, convert and share a tab. Tabs are private until you choose Share, at which point anyone with the public link can access them. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or personal content. We may remove or disable access to content where required by law or to protect the service.

Copyright notices and takedown

To report allegedly illegal or infringing content, e-mail easytabs@hogyes.com with the exact URL, a clear explanation of why the content is illegal, your name and e-mail address, a good-faith statement that the information is accurate, and a statement that you believe the content is illegal. We will acknowledge and assess sufficiently precise notices and take appropriate action, including restricting access where justified.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free conversion, and our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
